Beetroot is the most popular and incredibly delicious dish of East Slavic cuisine. It is traditionally served cold, but it is delicious hot as well. This soup will be a good, hearty meal for the whole family.

We clean and grate the beets. We also rub carrots.

Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.

Cut the peeled potatoes into random pieces.

We put the water on the fire and bring it to a boil. We send prepared products to cook.

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and remove the skin from them. Cut them into cubes and fry in butter for about 7 minutes. Add the tomatoes to the pot.
