Let's start cooking the beetroot soup with broth. Rinse the pork under running water, send to the pan. Fill the meat with water and put the pan on the fire. Cook the pork until tender over medium heat, not forgetting to add salt to the broth. To make the meat cook faster, you can cut it raw into smaller pieces.
Preheat the pan, add vegetable oil and send the prepared beets to fry. When the beets become soft, pour the brine into it.
