Such beetroot is prepared for children in kindergarten. Sometimes, instead of vinegar or citric acid, a little ascorbic acid is added, this preserves the color of the soup and enriches it with vitamin C.

Wash the chicken meat and pat dry with paper towels, place in a saucepan and cover with water. Put the meat to simmer, in the process, remove the resulting foam. When the chicken is done, cool it down, separate the meat from the bones and chop finely. The chicken broth will serve as the base for the soup.

Wash the greens and chop finely with a knife. Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel carrots and beets, wash and grate on a coarse grater. Pour a little sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan, fry the onion until soft. Then add the carrots and simmer for a few more minutes.
