Beetroot on kefir

With pre-cooked beets in the fridge, you can quickly make this light and refreshing soup. It satisfies hunger well and is suitable for people in need of a diet. In this recipe, you are invited to cook beetroot without adding meat and on fatty kefir, only the kefir needs to be diluted with water.

Peel the pre-boiled beets and grind them into a coarse grater. Transfer the beets to a beetroot pot.

Rinse the radishes well, remove the tips and chop them into small, freeform pieces.

Wash fresh cucumbers and chop into small cubes. Put the chopped radishes and cucumbers in a saucepan with the beets.

Peel the hard-boiled eggs from the shell and cut into pieces of any size you like.

Rinse fresh herbs with running water, blot with a napkin and chop finely. Mash the chopped green onions a little, sprinkle with salt so that they are not tough in the soup.
