Ukrainian beetroot soup is a delicious and appetizing vegetable soup of traditional cuisine. With the addition of spice, horseradish and lemon juice, the dish becomes simply magnificent! A real culinary masterpiece!

We clean the beets and cut them into several pieces so that they cook faster. We clean the potatoes and also cut them. Fill with water and put on fire. Cook the beets and potatoes until tender, check them with a fork. The beets should be fairly soft.

Cool the finished products and cut the potatoes into cubes, and grate the beets. Cool the broth.
