Beetroot with meatballs

Preheat a frying pan, fry the ground beef in it with the addition of olive oil.

Peel the onion, chop finely. Add half of the onion to the minced meat, stir. Send paprika, cumin, salt and pepper to taste into the pan. While stirring, fry the minced meat with onions until golden brown on the meat.

In a deep bowl, mix the semolina and salt. Gradually pour into the semolina the amount of water required to obtain a homogeneous dough. Knead the dough until smooth.
