Fresh milk mushrooms, fried and seasoned with sour cream, crunch pleasantly on the teeth and make an ideal summer snack. You could even call it a mushroom salad.

Examine the mushrooms carefully, peel and rinse. It is advisable to soak the mushrooms in cold water from bitterness for about a day or two, periodically changing the water. Next, the milk mushrooms need to be boiled in salted water and discarded on a sieve or colander.
