Rinse the pork, pat dry with napkins and cut into pieces of any size and shape. Most often, the meat is cut into slices up to 2 cm thick. Beat the meat a little with a hammer and put it in a separate bowl. Then add salt, black pepper and two tablespoons of mayonnaise to your taste. Then mix the meat with these spices by hand.
