This recipe offers you an easy way to cook pork in the oven as a whole. Most often, the neck part is baked, since it contains layers of fat and the meat is very juicy, but other parts of the carcass can also be baked. Marinate the meat in seasoned soy sauce for an hour and bake in the sleeve.

Rinse a piece of pork for roasting with cold water and pat dry with a napkin. Peel the garlic cloves and chop 2 cloves into slices.

Place the meat in a separate bowl. Then, with a knife, make shallow cuts across the entire surface of the piece and place the garlic slices in them. Then rub the meat with salt (remember that soy sauce contains salt), black pepper and spices.

Then fill the meat with the amount of quality soy sauce specified in the recipe. For 500 g of pork, 4 tablespoons of sauce is usually enough. Turn the meat in the sauce several times so that it is covered on all sides. Then put the dishes with meat in the refrigerator for marinating for 1 hour. During this time, turn the meat also 3-4 times.

Transfer the marinated meat to a culinary sleeve. Peel the onion, cut it into large pieces and place it in the sleeve with the meat and the rest of the garlic cloves. Pour the remaining soy marinade over the meat. Fasten the ends of the sleeve with clips or tie tightly.

Transfer the meat in the sleeve to a baking sheet or baking dish and place it in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 1.5 hours, although the baking time depends on the weight of the pork piece. Carefully cut the sleeve 15 minutes before the end of cooking to brown the meat.

Check the whole baked pork for doneness by puncturing it with a knife. If the juice that flows out is clear, then the meat is ready. Remove it from the oven, cool slightly and serve.
