This recipe offers you an easy way to cook pork in the oven as a whole. Most often, the neck part is baked, since it contains layers of fat and the meat is very juicy, but other parts of the carcass can also be baked. Marinate the meat in seasoned soy sauce for an hour and bake in the sleeve.
