Pork with chanterelles

Pork with chanterelles is a delicious and appetizing roast with incredible flavor! This is a very filling and nutritious dish that will be a complete meal for the whole family. Simply delicious!

Peel the onions and cut them into short strips.

Cut the pork into larger squares, salt and season with a pinch of pepper.

Wash the chanterelles and clean them of dirt, cut large mushrooms into several parts.

Grease the pan with vegetable oil, heat it up and spread the onion and pork, fry over moderate heat for about 15-20 minutes. until a light crust appears.
