Pork with honey agarics in a pan

The combination of pork with mushrooms is considered the most successful in many national cuisines. To make the dish with excellent taste, meat and mushrooms are cooked separately, and then stewed together in sour cream.

Rinse the pork with cold water, wipe dry with a napkin and cut into slices, as for chops.

Then sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper and beat with a hammer. Cut a piece of bacon into small cubes. Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the chopped bacon in it. In this skillet, fry the slices of meat until golden brown. Fry without covering the pan. Transfer the fried meat to a plate.

Wash honey mushrooms and boil for 20 minutes in salted water. Then discard them in a colander.

Peel and chop the onions into small pieces.

Transfer the chopped onion and boiled mushrooms to the pan in which the pork was fried and fry them until tender. Place pieces of meat on top of the mushrooms.

Wash the tomatoes, cut into slices, transfer to a frying pan and simmer them with the rest of the products for 15 minutes.

Then put sour cream in a frying pan, stir and simmer the meat with honey agarics in sour cream for another 10 minutes. Simmer the dish over low heat and under a closed lid.

Then turn off the fire. Leave the meat to stand for 8-10 minutes and can be served with any side dish and fresh herbs.
