Delicious and spicy adjika made from ripe tomatoes is a quick version of the sauce, which is great both with kebabs and potatoes. This additive is not cooked and the jars are not sterilized. Accordingly, all the benefits of vegetables are preserved in full. And the preparation is very quick and easy.

Wash the meaty tomatoes together with the peppers under running water. Separate the pepper from the stalk and seeds. Cut the ovary of the tomato and cut the vegetables into large pieces. Peel the garlic cloves and rinse under water. Run it through the press.
