Cheese-curd cakes with herbs in a pan

We offer a hearty version of a hot breakfast in the form of cakes with cheese and cottage cheese. However, such a yummy can be prepared at any time and have a great snack, because the cakes are prepared very quickly and without hassle. For flavoring and flavoring, add greens to the dough: it can be green onions, dill, parsley and any other herbs of your choice.

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl and knead it with a fork. We wash the greens, dry them and chop finely with a knife. Pour the chopped greens to the cottage cheese and mix. Salt to taste and add black pepper. Do not forget that the cheese that will be added to the dough is also salty.
