Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. In a bowl, combine cheese and eggs.

Add sour cream and sunflower oil. Mix flour with baking powder and sift. Add flour to the curd and knead the muffin dough.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the muffin tins in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove the prepared muffins from the molds and serve hot or cold.
