Quick cakes from kefir dough with cheese filling. From the moment of kneading the dough to serving hot cakes to the table, it will take only half an hour! Flatbreads can be prepared for coffee for breakfast, served with soup for lunch, and offered with honey and tea for an afternoon snack. The cooled cakes can be reheated in the microwave - they become soft and tender again.

To prepare the dough, put warm kefir, sour cream, salt, granulated sugar, odorless vegetable oil and soda in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly together until smooth.

Then we pour carbonated mineral water into the kefir mass - it will help the cakes rise when baking and be fluffy. We mix. Lastly, sift the flour and knead the dough. First, mix the flour with a spoon, then start working with your hands.

You should get a soft, pliable dough that does not flow and holds its shape. When kneading, grease your hands with vegetable oil so that the mass does not stick to your hands.

We spread the kneaded dough on a work surface sprinkled with flour. Divide into six equal parts - you get six cakes.

We roll each part into a ball and roll it out with a rolling pin into a flat thin round cake. Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater. The resulting shavings are distributed over the cakes, laying in the form of a slide in the center. We connect the edges of the cakes in the form of a bag. Then we turn the bags over with a pinch down and gently press the workpiece with our hands, forming a round cake.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 220 degrees. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil or cover with oiled parchment. We spread the stuffed cakes on a baking sheet. Press with your finger in several places of each cake to give relief.
