If there is a desire to reduce the calorie content, then dry the cake with a paper towel - the excess oil will be absorbed. Put the next portion of dough into a frying pan, form a cake and fry it in the same way. Add more vegetable oil to the pan if necessary. Thus, we fry the cakes from the whole dough. Put the finished cakes in a pile on a plate. Serve hot. Additionally, you can serve sour cream, mayonnaise, unsweetened yogurt.
