Cooking process
Pour blueberries into a bowl or deep saucepan. First, we need to sort out all the berries from the debris. Examine blueberries carefully, removing various leaves and other forest trophies. After that, rinse the berry several times in warm water. Transfer the blueberries to a colander and let sit for a few minutes. During this time, almost all the liquid will drain from the surface of the berries. Spread tea towels on the table. Transfer the berries to them and leave to dry. After that, transfer the berries to any container.
Let's start preparing the cans. There are two ways you can sterilize them. You can simply scald each jar with boiling water and transfer them to a kitchen towel to dry. A more reliable way would be to handle cans with a regular teapot. Fill it with cold water and put it on fire. When the water starts to boil slowly, place the jar on the spout of the kettle. Steam must enter it. Hold the jar in this position for 5-7 minutes. Then place it on a towel and wait until it is completely dry. Make sure that no water gets into the jar or jam. Then the product will quickly deteriorate and you will not be able to enjoy its taste in winter.
