First of all, peel the shrimp from the shell and intestinal veins, and then rinse thoroughly under cool running water, then put on paper towels and pat dry.

Rinse chili peppers under water, core with seeds and cut into rings. Peel the garlic, cut lengthwise and remove the core. Heat the pan well over the fire. Pour in a small amount of olive oil. Add the chili and garlic, fry for a couple of minutes until the oil smells good, and then remove from the pan.

Put peeled shrimps in a frying pan and fry until golden brown in just a couple of minutes.
