We present to your attention a recipe for a warm salad, which, in terms of the level of preparation, can be compared with a restaurant dish. Cut the slices of the loaf into small squares - about 1 cm in size.Put the slices of the loaf on a baking sheet, pour over with vegetable oil and put in the oven for 20 minutes, setting the temperature to 180 degrees. The croutons should dry out during this time. Then remove them from the oven to cool.
We put a frying pan on the switched on burner, melt a piece of butter and fry the sliced apples on it. After the apples are browned on both sides, add one tablespoon of granulated sugar to them. As a result, the apples should change their color and the sugar should completely melt. Put the apples prepared for the salad in a convenient container and cover with a lid.
Pour 5 tablespoons of olive oil into a preheated pan and fry the liver on both sides. When ready, add cognac and wait until it evaporates a little. After that, we season the liver with spices - ground pepper and nutmeg. Then add half of the required amount of soy sauce (15 ml). After mixing, turn off the gas, cover the pan with a lid.
