Prepare all the ingredients you need to make an elastic chicken dough. Kefir can be used with any fat content.

Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave. Pour in the amount of kefir specified in the recipe at room temperature and stir. Sift the required amount of wheat flour and baking soda into a separate container and season with salt. Add dry ingredients to liquid ones, and knead the dough.

Gather the dough into a ball, place in a container, tighten with cling film and place in the refrigerator for about 20-25 minutes. Divide the chilled dough into 2 parts.

Wash the chicken meat, pat dry with paper towels, cut into small pieces. Peel the onions and chop finely. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the filling thoroughly, put on low heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
