Kurnik dough with kefir and butter

I want to share an excellent recipe for an unusually tasty dough cooked with kefir and butter. Kurnik made from such a dough turns out to be incredibly appetizing, sandy and crumbly. A pleasant combination of juicy filling and crispy dough will appeal to absolutely everyone.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
In a deep container in which you will knead the dough, break the chicken eggs using a mixer, beat them until smooth.
step 2 out of 9
Then add the required amount of granulated sugar and salt.
step 3 out of 9
Melt butter at room temperature in a water bath or in a microwave oven, cool slightly, pour into a container with beaten chicken eggs. Stir with a mixer.
step 4 out of 9
Pour in the required amount of kefir and stir until smooth. Kefir can be used with any fat content.
step 5 out of 9
Sift the required amount of wheat flour through a fine sieve in several steps. Stir with a mixer.
step 6 out of 9
When it becomes difficult to mix the dough with a mixer, stir with a tablespoon.
step 7 out of 9
Then place the dough on a clean countertop and knead the dough well with your hands.
step 8 out of 9
Collect the finished dough in a large ball, place in a plastic bag or wrap with cling film, and refrigerate for about 25-30 minutes.
step 9 out of 9
Use the rested dough to make a fragrant chicken. I want to note that such a dough is suitable not only for chicken coops, but also for other homemade baked goods, both sweet and salty.

Enjoy delicious homemade cakes!
