With a great desire I want to share an excellent recipe for an unusually tasty dough cooked with sour cream and margarine, which I most often use to make a fragrant chicken burger. Baking made on such a dough will not leave anyone indifferent.

Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry with paper towels and cut into small cubes. Wash the potatoes, peel them with a peeler, and then cut them into small cubes. Peel the onions and then finely chop and add to the filling. Season with salt and pepper.

In a deep container in which you will knead the dough, put sour cream, break a chicken egg and add softened room temperature margarine, salt and baking soda, sift wheat flour. Stir.

Knead the prepared dough well, collect it in a lump, place it in a plastic bag and send it to the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Divide the cooled dough into equal parts, roll each part with a rolling pin into an even circle about 5-7 millimeters thick. Place the filling and a piece of butter in the center of the rolled dough.
