Prepare the dough. Measure out the required amount of butter and sour cream.

Place good quality butter in a bowl, then melt it over low heat, in a water bath, or in the microwave. Then cool a little.

Pour the melted butter into a container with sour cream. Crack chicken eggs. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Add baking soda and salt and mix thoroughly.

Sift the wheat flour gradually. Knead a soft dough, knead well, collect in a lump.
