Classic chicken dough with sour cream

Baking lovers heartily advise you to cook an appetizing chicken. For the chicken, I use the classic sour cream dough. Pastries prepared on the classic dough using sour cream are obtained with a crumbly, tender dough.

Measure out the required amount of margarine and melt in a water bath or microwave.

Put the sour cream in a deep container and add the required amount of baking soda and salt.

Stir the mixture well with a whisk until a characteristic foaming reaction is formed. Then pour in the melted margarine, mix thoroughly until a smooth consistency. Sift the required amount of wheat flour in several steps.

Knead a soft, elastic dough, cover with cling film or a clean kitchen towel, and let the dough rest for 20-25 minutes.

Wash the chicken thighs well, pat dry with paper towels, then separate the flesh from the bones and skin and chop finely. Peel the onions and chop them with a sharp knife. Peel the potatoes well with a vegetable peeler, and then chop finely. Season with salt and pepper.
