Chicken dough with sour cream in the oven

If a festive celebration is coming up soon, and you do not know what to cook, prepare a kurnik. For cooking chicken, I suggest using a wonderful recipe and making a dough with sour cream. Such a dough is perfect not only for making kurnik, but also for other pies.

Break a chicken egg into a container and beat lightly with a fork. Lay out the margarine, pre-warmed to room temperature. Add sour cream, baking soda, and salt. Stir until smooth.

Sift wheat flour through a fine sieve, mix well. Knead the dough, collect in a lump, cover with cling film, send it to the refrigerator for 25 minutes.

Peel the onions and chop finely. Potatoes, peel with a peeler and chop finely. Wash the chicken fillet well, pat dry with paper towels, cut into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the filling over low heat for several minutes.

Divide the chilled dough into 2 equal parts, roll it out with a rolling pin into a round layer approximately 1 centimeter thick. Pour the dough into a mold, form the sides.
