Chicken dough with meat and potatoes on kefir

Today I want to share a wonderful recipe for a dough for making kurnik on kefir. Kurnik with meat and potatoes, cooked on such a dough, turns out to be fragrant and incredibly appetizing. Baking is perfect both for every day and for a festive table.

step 3 out of 11
Wash the pork well, dry with paper towels, cut into small pieces of the same size. Place in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
step 4 out of 11
Peel the onions and chop finely. Add half to the meat. Add bay leaves.

Put the saucepan over moderate heat, season with salt and pepper, and cook covered for 15-20 minutes.
step 6 out of 11
Potatoes, peel with a peeler and chop finely.

Spread potatoes and onions evenly on top, salt and pepper.
step 9 out of 11
Place cooked meat on top.
step 10 out of 11
Roll out the second slice of dough. Place on top of the filling. Pinch the edges of the dough well. Make a hole in the center. Place the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, and bake the chicken for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
step 11 out of 11
Cool the finished chicken cooked on dough using kefir and serve.

Bon Appetit!
