Pour kefir into the container of the bread machine. Better to take 1.5% or 2.5% fat. Ideally, get kefir out of the refrigerator in advance so that it is warm by the time of cooking. Otherwise, the kefir needs to be heated, but do not overdo it with the temperature regime. Add a medium sized egg. Add salt and soda. You can mix them a little with a fork in order to better combine with the existing mass.
