Not all housewives, especially young ones, can quickly knead a good dough for dumplings. It is very convenient and quick to do this in a planetary mixer, which many call the second hands of the hostess in the kitchen. The dough will be smooth and will not stick to your hands.

First, prepare all the ingredients for kneading. Install the nozzle on the mixer according to the instructions.

Pour the required amount of flour into the bowl to the liquid mixture. Knead the dough according to the time indicated in the instructions. It's a few minutes. During the kneading process, you can add a little flour directly to the bowl. The kneaded dough is smooth and homogeneous and, most importantly, does not stick to the palms.
