The dough without sour cream for pizza is prepared for people who adhere to the PP, observe a fast or need a diet, and it happens that there is simply no sour cream and mayonnaise at home. The dough is prepared in hot water with the addition of vegetable oil and baking powder. Knead the dough in a skillet right away.
