Pizza dough with water and eggs

When you are limited in time or not all the ingredients for a classic Italian pizza, you can cook it with a yeast-free dough mixed with water and eggs. Baking powder or soda slaked with vinegar is added to the dough. This dough is quick and easy to prepare. The base of the pizza will be thin and crispy.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Break an egg into a bowl convenient for kneading dough and add salt and sugar.
step 2 out of 5
Then add the required amount of vegetable oil and use a whisk to mix the ingredients well.
step 3 out of 5
Then pour in slightly warmed water and stir again.
step 4 out of 5
Sift the wheat flour on a sieve directly onto the work surface of the table. Pour baking powder over it and stir. Collect flour in a hill and make a small depression in it. Gently pour the liquid dough base into this hole. Then knead the dough well with your hand. Stir until it sticks to the palm of your hand. Then roll the dough into a bun and leave for 15 minutes for proofing.
step 5 out of 5
Cut the prepared dough into 2-3 pieces and roll each piece into a thin flat cake according to the size of your baking dish. Cover the baking sheet with foil or special paper and grease with vegetable oil. Pour a sheet of rolled dough on a rolling pin onto a baking sheet and you can collect pizza with any filling.

Delicious and successful baking!
