Today I want to share a wonderful recipe for dough for pies cooked in kefir without eggs and yeast. The dough preparation process will not take long. This dough can be used not only for making pies, but also for whitewash and other homemade baked goods.

Pour the required amount of kefir into a metal bowl, and then add sour cream, put on a small fire and slightly heat until warm.

Pour the required amount of vegetable oil into the heated kefir. Mix well.

Add granulated sugar, salt and baking soda and mix thoroughly until dissolved and a characteristic foaming reaction forms. Then gradually sift half of the required amount of wheat flour, mix thoroughly.
