Not so long ago I had a chance to taste delicious tender pies. The airy light texture of the dough was a pleasant surprise. Now I want to share with you this great recipe for a dough cooked in water without using eggs.

Sift about half a glass of wheat flour into a deep container, add granulated sugar and dry yeast in the required amount.
