Yeast dough for pies in water for frying in a pan

I really love homemade cakes and often make various pies. To make pies, I usually use yeast dough, the recipe for which I got from my beloved grandmother. The yeast dough, cooked in water, has a particularly delicate consistency.

Put the required amount of dry yeast in a deep container.
step 2 out of 10
Then add the required amount of granulated sugar.

Then pour half of the required amount of warm drinking water and mix thoroughly until completely dissolved. Tighten the dough with cling film and leave for about 10 minutes.

Pour the required amount of salt into a deep container in which you will knead the dough.
step 5 out of 10
Then add the required amount of vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
