Anyone who loves simple homemade baked goods would highly recommend making a sour milk pie dough. The process of preparing the dough will not take much time, and baking on such a dough will turn out to be airy and porous.

Combine the required amount of preheated sour milk in a deep container. Then break the chicken egg. Then add granulated sugar and salt.

Add the required amount of baking soda to the resulting mass.

Then gradually sift the required amount of wheat flour, mix thoroughly.

After that, knead the dough well with your hands and roll up a large ball. Place it in a deep bowl and cover with cling film or cover with a clean kitchen towel. Leave to rest for 10-15 minutes.

Divide the finished dough into two equal parts. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a 7mm circle. Lay out the filling. I used apples.
