The dough for pies with kefir and without yeast is prepared very quickly, as they say, in 2 minutes. Kefir makes it soft "like down" and easy to work with. The dough products are simply mixed, only the dough needs half an hour to rest. Lush kefir dough pies remain soft for a long time and do not stale.
