I often spoil my family and friends with homemade cakes. I want to share my favorite recipe for a wonderful dough for pies cooked without yeast on kefir. The process of preparing such a dough will take a minimum amount of free time.

In a deep container, combine the required amount of kefir at room temperature, add granulated sugar, salt and baking soda, break a chicken egg.

Stir well until completely dissolved and a characteristically foaming reaction forms.

Then gradually sift the required amount of wheat flour and pour in vegetable oil, mix thoroughly.

After that, knead the dough well with your hands and roll into a large ball.

Leave the finished dough to rest for about 10-15 minutes.

Divide the rested dough into equal parts.

Roll out and place your favorite filling in the center. I used potato.
