With great desire I want to share an excellent recipe for a delicious pastry dough, which I constantly use myself. My family loves cabbage pies very much, so I use this dough for this very purpose. But this does not mean at all that the filling can only be cabbage, experiment !!!

First of all, prepare all the ingredients you need to make the cabbage patties.

Warm up the required amount of drinking water slightly until warm. Pour it into a deep container, add the required amount of granulated sugar, dry yeast and salt. Pour in vegetable oil. Using a whisk, mix well until smooth.

Add some sifted wheat flour and break the chicken egg. Stir well again.

Sift the remaining wheat flour through a fine sieve in several steps. Mix thoroughly. Knead to a soft elastic dough, cover with cling film or kitchen towel. When the dough has risen enough and increased in volume, knead it well and leave it to rise again.
