I am pleased to share a recipe for a dough for making pies using dry yeast. The baking turns out to be so tender and appetizing that it is simply impossible to stop.

First, prepare all the ingredients you need to make the pie dough in a dry yeast maker.

Pour the required amount of preheated drinking water into the bowl of the bread machine, add vegetable oil, chicken egg and chicken protein.

Measure out the required amount of wheat flour. Then, using a fine sieve, sift it several times to enrich the flour with oxygen.

Put the required amount of sifted wheat flour into the bowl of the bread machine, and then make small indentations on the surface.

Set the "Dough" program on the appliance panel, cooking time - 1 hour 30 minutes. Close the lid of the bread machine and press the "Start" button. After that, the dough kneading will begin.
