With the advent of a bread machine in the house, the process of making homemade baked goods has become much easier, which makes me incredibly happy. I am pleased to share a recipe for a dough for making pies using dry yeast. The baking turns out to be so tender and appetizing that it is simply impossible to stop.

Add salt, dry yeast, the required amount of milk powder, and granulated sugar to the prepared wells. Place the bowl of the bread maker into the appliance. Set the "Dough" program on the appliance panel, cooking time - 1 hour 30 minutes. Close the lid of the bread machine and press the "Start" button. After that, the dough kneading will begin.
