It is with great pleasure that I want to share a wonderful recipe for quick-to-make dough for pies using kefir. The dough preparation process will take almost no time from you, and the result will pleasantly surprise you.

In a deep container, combine the required amount of room temperature kefir, salt and baking soda. Stir thoroughly until complete dissolution and characteristic foaming reaction.

Then pour in the vegetable oil, mix thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is formed.

Then, in several steps, sift the required amount of premium wheat flour. Knead to a soft elastic dough. Leave the prepared dough to rest for about 10-15 minutes.

Divide the rested dough into equal parts. Roll out and place your favorite filling in the center. I used potato.
