Traditionally, unleavened dough is used for pasties, as it goes well with meat. However, the version of the kefir test turns out to be softer and more elastic, it is very easy to work with it.

Warm the kefir to room temperature, you can just get it out of the refrigerator in advance. Pour soda into kefir, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then add salt and egg, beat until smooth.
