Kefir dough for manti

Any housewife can cook juicy nourishing manti on kefir. They are very similar to dumplings, but much more appetizing and larger. But the main thing is to prepare the right dough for them.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
Sift the flour through a fine sieve into a large container (you can do it a couple of times).
step 2 out of 10
Then we salt it, break the egg and also add it to the flour.
step 3 out of 10
We take a fork and mix all the products.
step 4 out of 10
Then little by little we begin to pour in kefir, stirring a homogeneous mass.
step 5 out of 10
As soon as the kefir has been added, stir the ingredients until the lumps disappear.
step 6 out of 10
Add flour to the resulting mass.
step 7 out of 10
Knead the dough with your hands. As soon as it becomes denser and stops sticking to the palms, stop kneading. The whole process of kneading the dough takes literally 10 minutes.
step 8 out of 10
We wrap the dough in foil and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
step 9 out of 10
Then we divide the dough into parts and form bundles. We also cut them into pieces of 2-3 cm wide.
step 10 out of 10
Using a rolling pin, roll each piece into flat cakes. By this time, you should already have the filling for the manti ready. All that remains is to form the finished dish and send it to the cooker.
Bon Appetit!
