It is with great pleasure that I want to share a simple, quick and delicious recipe for pie dough cooked with kefir without yeast. This dough is prepared in a matter of minutes, so make sure that you have the filling ready in advance.

Heat the kefir slightly until warm in the microwave or in a water bath, then pour into a deep container. Then add the required amount of baking soda and salt. Mix thoroughly with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency and characteristic foaming reaction is formed.

Then sift the required amount of premium wheat flour through a fine sieve, mix thoroughly. Knead to a soft elastic dough. Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes, covered with a clean tea towel.
