Kefir dough for pies with potatoes

Airy pies with delicate potato filling will always be a welcome snack on your table. Thanks to the addition of sour cream and herbs, mashed potatoes are very tender, and the dough on kefir is kneaded in 10 minutes and is immediately ready for frying.
