Dough in water without yeast for pies in the oven

The composition of such a test is the simplest. All ingredients can be found easily in every kitchen. It's amazing how delicious pies are made from such a "poor" dough. Moreover, such a dough is simply irreplaceable if you want to make pies with a juicy vegetable filling: it retains moisture well, bakes well and reddens well.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
We immediately set the water to heat up to a boil. Very hot water is needed to prepare the dough.
step 2 out of 4
Pour vegetable oil and hot water into a wide bowl. add salt. Sift the flour in the specified amount together with the baking powder into a bowl on top of the liquids.
step 3 out of 4
We begin to quickly knead the dough with a spoon. When it becomes difficult to mix, we spread the resulting inhomogeneous mixture on the work surface and begin to knead with our hands. If necessary, add a little more flour.
step 4 out of 4
The finished dough should turn out to be well-shaped, soft, but rather elastic, not steep. We roll it into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it to "rest" on the table at room temperature for half an hour to forty minutes. After that, we roll out the dough into a layer and form pies.
Bon Appetit!
