Then add 100 ml of hot milk to this mass.
step 5 out of 16
Beat the cream again for 1 minute until fluffy.
step 6 out of 16
Pour the rest of the milk into a small saucepan, heat it almost to a boil and in a thin stream, and with continuous stirring, pour in the whipped mass.

When the cream becomes thick, remove the saucepan from the stove, cover it with foil and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool.

Roll out the cooled dough a little and place in a baking dish. For a Tyrolean pie, it is better to take a split form and spread it well with butter. If you do not have such a form, then cover the usual one with a piece of special paper. Form the sides of the dough and prick it with a fork in several places.
step 9 out of 16
Bake this shortbread basket in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 30 minutes. Then cool it down.
step 10 out of 16
While the dough is baking, prepare the jelly. For a more pronounced flavor, take 2 sachets of any jelly. In a separate bowl, pour boiling water over it, mix well to dissolve the gelatin, and put the jelly in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
step 11 out of 16
Now you can collect Tyrolean pie. Place the cooled custard in an even layer on the baked dough.

Then fill the blueberries with chilled jelly.
step 14 out of 16
Put the pie in the refrigerator for 1 hour, and possibly more, so that the dough is soaked in the cream and the jelly hardens well.
