Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Rinse the plums thoroughly, remove the seeds. Grind the plums with the red pepper using a meat grinder or blender.
step 2 out of 5
We put the resulting mass on fire, bring to a boil. Then you can grind everything again so that the sauce is as homogeneous as possible in the end. We put a mass of chopped plums on the fire, add granulated sugar, salt, chopped herbs (dill, cilantro), coriander seeds and a mixture of peppers. Mix and boil for 20 minutes.
step 3 out of 5
Almost at the very end of cooking, add garlic passed through a press to the sauce. Let the mass boil for a couple of minutes and remove from heat.
step 4 out of 5
We lay out the prepared sauce in a hot state on the jars prepared in advance, close with boiled lids. For tkemali, it is convenient to use jars with screw caps.
step 5 out of 5
The spicy sauce is ready! Be sure to diversify your menu with such incredibly tasty tkemali!

Enjoy your meal!
