Rinse the thorn fruits well with water, discard in a colander to glass the water. Pour the berries into a saucepan, pour clean water, place on the stove and cook for 15 minutes, until the berries are soft.

Mash the berries with a metal crush, then rub the mass through a sieve to get rid of the seeds and remnants of the skins. Add salt, red pepper, coriander, suneli hops, chopped garlic to the berry mass, mix and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
