To prepare a tasty and healthy raspberry blank for the winter, it is not at all necessary to cook jam. This fragrant berry will retain all its summer charm if you just grind it with sugar and freeze it. Such berry puree is perfect for pancakes, pancakes, cheese cakes, and will also serve as a natural source of vitamins.

Raspberries need to be sorted out: we throw away defective, rotten berries, remove random garbage. Place the prepared raspberries in portions in a sieve and rinse with cool water. This must be done fairly quickly so that the berries do not absorb excess moisture. We spread the washed raw materials in one layer on a clean towel and let the moisture evaporate.

Place the prepared raspberries in a deep bowl and press by hand with a pusher. Of course, you can use a blender for this purpose, but in this case, the consistency of the puree will be more homogeneous and liquid.

Pour granulated sugar into the resulting raspberry puree, mix. The amount of sugar is adjusted according to your own taste; its proportion does not affect the storage process in the freezer. We put the mixture in the refrigerator for two to three hours so that the sugar can dissolve. After that, if necessary, stir the raspberries again so that the remaining sugar disperses.

Plastic containers and regular food bags can be used for freezing. Wash the containers thoroughly and wipe dry. We fill them with cooked puree, cover with lids.
