Big pancakes on kefir without eggs in holes

Large pancakes with kefir in holes can be cooked without eggs. You don't need to use a lot of ingredients to get tasty and elastic crepes. They work well with any toppings and make a good start to the day!

Servings: 4

Cooking time: 40 minutes

  • Kefir - 400 ml.
  • Flour - 250 ml.
  • Boiling water - 250 ml.
  • Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1.5 tablespoons
  • Soda - ½ tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Butter

Cooking process:

  1. Let's start kneading the dough. To do this, in a separate bowl, mix kefir with soda and salt, and add sugar.
  2. Then gradually add the flour (for a better consistency, it is better to sift the flour in advance using a sieve). When all the flour is poured, mix the mixture thoroughly to get rid of the lumps.
  3. Now we begin to introduce boiling water. And mix again.
  4. To prevent the pancakes from sticking to the pan, add vegetable oil to the mass.
  5. Before baking, preheat the pan and grease it with a small one. In order for the pancakes to be thin, pour a small amount of dough and distribute it over the entire surface. When the pancake is browned, turn over and fry on the other side.
  6. Fry all the pancakes in the same way.
  7. Put the finished pancakes on a plate and coat each with melted butter.
