The tomato paste prepared according to this recipe has a bright and rich taste due to the combination of all the ingredients.

Bay leaf, ground cinnamon, red ground pepper and cloves must be wrapped in cheesecloth, forming a small bag. Place the spice bag in tomato paste and cook for 1.5 hours. Then pour in the required amount of vinegar and boil for another 20 minutes. When ready, remove the spice bag. If desired, all the spices can simply be added to the cooking tomato paste.
