Tomato paste is a versatile dressing used in the preparation of various dishes, sauces, gravy, etc. Using a blender for cooking tomato paste for the winter simplifies this process at times, saves time. The tomato paste prepared according to this recipe has a bright and rich taste due to the combination of all the ingredients.

Rinse the tomatoes, put them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Then place the fruits in cold water. After these actions, the peel will be easily removed from the tomatoes.

Cut the peeled tomatoes into several pieces, place in portions in a blender along with peeled garlic and onions.

Pour the tomato mass into a saucepan, put on fire. Cook tomato paste for 45 minutes, then add salt and sugar, stir. We continue to cook for another 45 minutes. Stir the pasta occasionally during cooking so that it does not burn.

Bay leaf, ground cinnamon, red ground pepper and cloves must be wrapped in cheesecloth, forming a small bag. Place the spice bag in tomato paste and cook for 1.5 hours. Then pour in the required amount of vinegar and boil for another 20 minutes. When ready, remove the spice bag. If desired, all the spices can simply be added to the cooking tomato paste.
